Purpose
The hub connects durable knowledge, source-led research, active projects, consulting lessons, reading notes, and periodic reviews. Its aim is to make useful thinking easier to retrieve, connect, and improve.
Principles
- Markdown is the source of truth. Content remains portable and readable outside the website.
- Public and private are structurally separate. Private working material never enters the website build.
- Evidence over volume. A small, maintained library is more valuable than a crowded feed.
- Designed for humans and agents. Clear schemas and governance support safe collaboration.
Current scope
This is the Phase 1 local MVP. Production deployment and domain configuration are intentionally out of scope.
